Why there are no foreclosures in Chicago?

So I have this membership to foreclosures.com for about a year. Last winter I was looking at foreclosures in Chicago and there were so many good deals; however, now that I am looking to buy something there are almost no foreclosures!what do you mean? Is that a new law or something?
