Default husband and i are in foreclosure. he filed bankruptcy

years ago -- can i file now? my husband and are are in foreclosure. he filed bankruptcy years ago and now is out, We are dealing with Ocwen company and they are a bunch of crooks. Now they are trying to foreclose again. Since I am the co-owner can I file now. They are file a non-dwelling motion. We both lost our jobs in our town but we kept our house and moved to another state where we work. We are home on holidays and weekends when possible. We faxed them paper showing that electricity is paid each month but keep stating not receiving. They have added $8000 to the bill for lawyer fees. What can i do?We were paying our mortgage each month and additional money. We have dual residency because we still claim residency and pay taxes in the state where the home is. That is not a crime a lot of people do it and keep the home in 2 states.
