...insurance claim if my home is in active foreclosure? and my insurance is escrowed which means it is in with my payment but i havent made a payment in a few months trying to do a loan modification to save the house. Still in the modification process but my home was broken into and i feel my mortgage company should still have to help me with my losses. I cant call them until tomorrow. So what do you think . Think i can still get a claim even though iam not making payments right now?
