Default when to move out after foreclosure in...

...Virginia? We are facing foreclosure and are wondering how long we can stay in the house after the sell date. I called the lender, the county and the court and did not get clear answers. They said that it depends on how the auction goes. If nobody buys it, the bank is going to repossess it and has to file an evicition. But nobody could tell me how long that would take. So I need to know, how long do we have after the foreclosure/sell date in both cases? (Somebody buys it or nobody buys it) We live in Virginia. Thanks
