...foreclosed in july 2008 and still in credit histroy report of? Home Foreclosure ..... My house was foreclosed in july 2008 and still in credit histroy report of foreclosure shows till march 2010. which is making my credit history very bad.Can any one please tell me how can I fix this correction in history to who should I contact.I tried calling my bank but they will send information to credit agency but no result. If probably took the lender 2 years to get the paperwork to the right place. Call whoever owned the loan at the time of the foreclosure
