ok today my mom recieved 4 letters that explained that our house that was going through foreclosure has been sold so we no longer own it. my mom was getting helo from my uncle and told her to contact some company named cyberlink to work on the case.my question is, what are our rights in this situation? my mom told us not to do anything and she will contact my uncle but the letters said something along the lines of having 3 days to vacate the property. my mom is telling us that they cant make us leave until they bring her to court and such but i was told by a friend that after the 3 days are up the new owners can contact the police to have us removed and padlock the house. is this true?so do we have 3 days to get out or do we have to be brought to court first before they can force us to leave?the letter also said something about cash4keys, what is this? and should i listen to my uncle or should i just try to get everything out of the house in the 3 days.its a 3/90 foreclosure notice to quit??
