In a foreclosure. what happens if the lender...
...cannot sell the house? for the amount of loan owed by the borrower? Is the borrower liable for the difference?MVD: the property was foreclosed upon because the borrower can no longer afford the mortgage. Why expect him/her to be able to afford the taxes?
