...foreclosure? My divorce should be finalized this month. We have 4 kids under the age of 10. My wife has the house but stopped paying the mortgage. The mortgage is only in my name. She has already ruined my credit score it's in the low 400's. She wants me to foreclose so she can tell the kids it's my fault that they have to move out of state and will rarely see me. I have 19 months before I can retire from my job so I can't quit and move closer to them. I also need to file bankruptcy due to the divorce. My life dwells around my kids. I am already having a nervous breakdown due to the stress. Don't know what to dovif I can't seey kids as often as I do now. I live 1/2 a mile away from them now and see them about 35% of the time. How can I cope with life with all this going on.

Get some legal advice as soon as you can

get a lawyer. you should be able to see the kids 50% of the time, and you should be able to stop your ex wife from leaving the state or moving any significant distance away.
