House in foreclosure, an additional person is named
on legal paperwork? The house was purchased 6 years with 'clean' title, now I am told by the city's attorney (small town IA) that there is an issue with property lines. My attorney tells me to let the city and city's attorney deal with the mortgage company, according to them they have heard nothing from the mortgage company. Is this out of the ordinary?? Was the title to the property incorrect at the time it was sold? I am looking for some advice. Thanks in advance
