There is a house that is a foreclosure property, but actually in pretty good shape. Will lenders allow for some money in the loan to fix-up the house a little? For example, it needs a fridge, maybe a storm door or screen door, maybe some new screens for the windows, chimney cleaned, pressure washed, etc. Doesn't appear to need anything major unless inspection says roof or HVAC needs attention.
