i own a house worth 700,000 I'm behind for my payment for the past ear which is 65000 i applied for modification and i send all the document i received a letter that says they have my paper and they will let me know about the result and at the same time i found a note in my door that my house will be sold in action soon what should i do continue waiting for the modification, hire a lawyer or try to pay the many as a whole amount. help please i need some advice soon.
