Is it possible to rent a house going into...
...foreclosure? Someone offered to rent their home to me that is going into foreclosure. I know this is probably a bad idea for a lot of reasons but I really like the place so I thought I would ask what steps/questions I need to take/ask to determine if I could live there for at least 6-12 months. I'm assuming I would have to pay off what they owe before being ensured anything over 3 months in the home? Thanks.Does it matter when the lease is signed?
