utilities? In Antioch,Ca. realtors are letting individuals to move in a forclosure. They are required to remove all debris and pay the utilities. When the property is sold, then the individuals must move out. Trying to find out more about this.It would be especially helpful if anyone has experienced this situation or knows of someone that has taken advantage of this temporary living situation. Confirmation is needed....I really don't want to be scammed into cleaning a property, then be forced to leave.
