Default Is it a good idea or bad idea to put a bank...

...foreclosure department in a real estate company? Is it a good idea to put a bank foreclosure department in a real estate company? I thought bank foreclosure departments are supposed to be seperate from real estate companies but never combined together.

yes, with most of the homes for sale now being foreclosures. banks aren't in the real estate business'they use realtors to get rid of the houses for them. probably all realtors are handling foreclosed orbank owned properties. we just bought a foreclosure through a local realtor. foreclosures are listedin the multiples like any home.
