Default Could I break a lease if the apartment is in

foreclosure and I did'n know it? Just 4 months ago, I lease an apartment to a realtor in Orlando,FL. Before sign the lease I ask 2 times to the realtor if the apartment was in Foreclosure. She told me that the apartment was not in foreclosure. Now, I receive a letter from the court telling me that the apartment is in foreclosure. I e-mail the realtor and she told me that she also received the letter and she will ask more info to the owner. I have a 2 year old baby and I dont feel secure in this apartment. I feel that I could be in the street at any moment. I checl today the history of the case and was file on march 2009. Could I break the lease for find a safest place? Do the owner need to pay my moving expense? Do I have any rights? Im so confused and I feel that this is not fair for me and my baby.
