what rights do i have as the tenant when my...
...landlord is in pre-foreclosure? I recently discovered that the property i'm renting is in pre-foreclosure. My landlord didnt give me any heads up about this, I found out by someone leaving a notice on the door and taking pictures of the house. What rights do I have as the tenant who's paid my rent on time? Do I still have to pay the landlord till this is resolved?
