if the owner of your property is in foreclosure your lease is to be upheld by the bank until the end of term or if they end up selling the property the bank has to give you 90 days notice to find a new location.I recently had this happen to me - first thing i did was get my full deposit back - if the owner is not paying the mortgage then they have no use for a deposit.
