Default I got a 1099A. The FMV is higher than amount

owed. Is the FMV the Lender foreclosure amount? Turbotax is asking me for Lender foreclosure amount. Not sure what to put. This will determine if I pay back homebuyers credit from home purchase in 2008! HELP!!Let me be more specific. On turbotax....it asks me for amount of credit i got, which is 7500.00. It also asks me amount that I bought home for. Then it asks me for Lender Foreclosure amount. On the 1099A...all I have is amount that I owed and the fair Market Value of the house. What do I put in Lender foreclosure amount box? The amount owed or the FMV?
