...PLS HELP!? The owners of the condo said they are about to go into the foreclosure process...but in the meantime they want to rent out the condo. Its a really nice condo, they renovated it, new bathrooms, wood floors in the bedrms and title floor in the living room. its in a very a good area in s.fla a city called Coconut Creek...if anyone is familiar with Township its located in there. But my question is what are my "rights" towards this rental process...and how much do you guys think they should charge me with rent. i mean after all the money from rent goes straight into their pocket clean. its not like they have to pay the bank, they stopped paying the condo for 2-3 months now.
