...to curse the market with foreclosures without responsibilty!? In too many communities we have the problem of blight and destruction of the neighborhoods. Due to foreclosed homes and unkept properties.Vandels and squatters render homes uninhabitable. The cities, the counties, the states. Should impose heavy fines against Morgage Holders Who properties becomes below the property value of that neighborhood. Old and newly acquired residental and commercial properties be forefeited to. Buildings Division, The City, The Counties, And the State. The Banks morgage holder be accountable for all taxed reverted property due to blight, unsecuered open structures. the neighborhood foundation has been broken. It is an obvious fix....Who can be contacted to correct this famillar faux-pas?

The government offices are always there to help. There have been many issues regarding abandon homes in up scale neighborhoods where other homeowners have complained many times about their home value being effected. Banks are now being banged up hard by government officials for not keeping up on the property. This has started happening for about an year now.
