or a foreclosure if having to deal on such a low budget? Yes i know short sale is a pain but im willing to wait around and keep getting refused. then their is foreclosure also. my brother is a bit of a fixer upper and we could deal with replacing stolen things and broken windows. basically im trying to buy a house on a 60 grand budget lol but am willing to make fixes. so all in all which do you think is best, just trying to hear others viewings and experiences THANKS
