I'm planning on buying a home at a foreclosure sale. On the Final Default Judgement its says and quote "The Lien of the Plaintiff is superior in dignity to any rights, title, interest, or claim of the defendants or any of them and the property will be sold free and clear of all claims of the defendants". What does this mean, that when I buy it paying the total of the Final Judment amount, it will be clear of any liens, mortages, etc?
