Default In a filed US civil case (wrongful

foreclosure) should I withdraw and wait results other class actions? Complications (missed scheduling conference, not up to speed on Fed rules) due to eviction from home in filed jurisdiction, and now Magistrate says recommendation for dismissal due to failure to state case, or voluntarily withdraw without prejudice, or amend complaint, or other. I am plaintiff of course against BIG national lender?
