foreclosure before its auction sale date? My condo is in foreclosure and an auction sale date is set for January 11th. Today, in shock, some inspector guys came here and were talking about changing the locks. They took pictures...they said they were looking to see if I was still here, that the water was on, and that the heat was on. I have a legal right to stay here until the auction sale, don't I? I plan to file a bankruptcy too later this month. Please advise.
