...my car...ect..? I lost my job and cant refinance or get any help Ive tried for the last year so I am not making anymore payments and going in to foreclosure. My question is what will happen after foreclosure? I have 2 cars. 1 is mine which is paid for and 1 is my daughters which is financed....can they resposess any of that? Can they take from my bank account? Can I go to jail? Please no answers on how to avoid forclosure since thats the route im deff taking. Thanks alot!
