I need to file an answer in a foreclosure suit
in indiana? How do I answer a foreclosure suit in indiana?We are working with an agency who filed a package on our behalf to request the late payments be tacked on to the end of the loan and then our current payments to be at a lower rate. We have already filed 2 extensions of time to answer and now its time to file the answer and we have not heard anything from the mortgage co. in response to our package we submitted.
