Question about Property that has caused...
...Damage is now in foreclosure? A neighbor has been having flooding problems because of our other neighbor's driveway. After much dispute, he filed a complaint to fix the problem and pay damages. They in turn filed a claim with their insurance company who has not yet settled. Now their property is in foreclosure and is bank owned.Does the foreclosure part, complicate things for my poor neighbor?
