Default How long after foreclosure does house go on
sale? After a person loses their home. And the bank forecloses on it. And they move out. How soon after that does the house go on sale? Is there a waiting period where the bank goes in and clears it out/repairs it or does it go on the market immediately? I'm wondering because I wanna buy a house soon and one in a neighborhood I grew up I know the guy is kicked out at the end of December.
