...foreclosure? So I'm in kind of a weird situation right now. The house I'm living in right now (I'm 17) is in my mom's name but she died 3 years ago, we continued paying for it since then. We don't want to live here anymore because we can't pay it off and we just got a letter from our loan administration saying that on December 10th, 2010 they will start taking steps to "terminate our ownership of the property".Obviously, WE don't own it since it's not in my name or my dad's name so I have 2 questions about this -1. How long will it take for them to kick us out if they start trying to foreclose on December 10th?2. If they foreclose (which I'm sure they will), will it have any negative ramifications on me and my dad?
