How do I pull a home out of foreclosure?
I am going to try and give only the important details... there's too much drama that's not important.My boyfriend's home is going into foreclosure in a few months. I was going to move into an apartment with him but both his mom and dad [who are split up for years now] wanted to give us the house and we can finish paying it off, then they will sign it over to us. This sounds better than our other option which is living in a apt basically throwing money away. I looked at the paper work and from what I understood I think they owe $88,000 on it still and they are $15,000 behind. It forecloses in either December or January. What are our options even? I think they haven't payed on it for like 2 years but they are just now foreclosing on it.
