legal advice please ? Somebody renting a house which already went to foreclosure but this person wasn't aware and the landlord never said anything about. Suddenly receiving a unofficial paper from buyer making lots of drama. The current landlord saying to stay but the person who bought the house saying if you don't go from this house then you have to go to court. In meantime the family who renting this house receiving section 8 and finding another house with the acception of section 8 is hard. It been a month but still this family is struggling to find a house. They found a house and almost was getting end of this month but sedenly reject to give the house which already received deposit and applications money. In such situation what is your suggestion what should this family do. On Monday will be the time they have to move but can't. Please give some suggestions also give information about law and the renter's rights. Thank you
