What happens to the Section 8 renter if a house goes...
...into foreclosure? do i get my deposit back? im in section 8 and the owner lost his house i was renting from him, i tried calling him but he doesn't answer. new owner came by and said i have 90 days to leave! i ask him what about the rent? he said to pay the rent to him, i ask him am i getting my deposit back he said no what can i do.
