Default Foreclosure Freeze - Buying a Foreclosure?
I am in the process of buying a foreclosed home from Fannie Mae. However, there is this foreclosure freeze and I am not seeing anything in regards to people buying a foreclosed home, only people that may be facing foreclosure. My contract has now been extended until January 2011. My realtor thinks that it will take longer. I would just like some opinions. Thanks!
