...house? So my parents filed for bankruptcy in Feb. of 2008. Around that time they filed for foreclosure as well. They had a chapter 7 if that helps, & the court dismissed all of their debt so we are no longer in debt. My dad does have a credit card that he has been paying on time for about 2-3 months now, my mom has a stable job. We are looking to buy a new house next summer, so ....Is it possible for us to buy a house next summer?My dad IS paying full on his credit card , when the credit card bill comes the pays what the amount says to pay, & he's never been behind in a payment yet.
