[fresh start]

being foreclosure and I want out of my lease? I moved in on 07/26/10 and received notice on 08/10/10 that the property was starting foreclosure paper. My landlord stop paying back in April 10 so that means when I signed the lease with her she knew what was happening with the property. I want to get out of the lease now knowing what is happening to have a more stable place for my family. What do I need to do and can I do this with out having any problems in the furture with her?
