Default where can i get free legal advice regarding...

...foreclosure? i have a home that i want to go into foreclosure as i already have another home and i would like to know things like should i pay my hoa dues now or wait until i get a judgment i already have a summons from the hoa ?I have a home that I have not paid mortgage or taxes or hoa dues in over a year. I already own another home and I just received a summons from my hoa they are suing me for unpaid dues. I want to know a few things1.The summons does NOT mention any court date but do I need a lawyer? Or if I ignore this summons and therefore get a judgement against me is there a possibility they will judge me more than what I owe for things like court costs?2. The property taxes have not been paid also if this house / condo does go into foreclosure does that also take care of taxes?3.Since I already own another home in which I am living I really don’t care if this one forecloses what is my best course of action?but main issue is where can i get free legal advice ?
