Default Why is Reid telling Nevada he is not
responsible for their huge unemployment and huge foreclosure rates? Is he nuts or just stupid?

Both! Don't forget he's a politician running for re-election so he'll try to find any excuse to avoid accepting his role in everything bad that's happened.
