renting a house to people who had foreclosure?
We are looking for new renters for our house. A couple is interested, but they had foreclosure. I hate to reject them, but what is the other guarantee then a good credit?

i know some people who just keep going from rental to rental and have NEVER paid rent. they know it will take 6 months to get them legally evicted from any house. i think i would be very hesistant to rent to these people!
