I am renting a house in Pomona, CA about a year ago i received a letter from lawyers telling me the house was in foreclosure and to stop paying the owner so i did now a year later the owner is telling me that she is again the owner and that i have to pay her the year i owe or i have 30 days to get out. Can you tell me if this is legal? I would start paying her from now on but a whole year?
