Info on what a rental owner can do when they find out
the home is under foreclosure & up for auction? The landlord never told her it was under foreclosure. She found out from calling the numbers on the letters that kept coming to the house. My neighbor has put a lot of work into the home. And wants to know who to contact to maybe try and keep renting with the new owner. Is there anyone in the county (Will, IL) she can contact. Or the bank?
