Default Texas HOA foreclosure, no effective notice. What...
...should I do? I was behind two months on my homeowners. The attorney for Home Owners Association wrote me an EMAIL requesting payment. Never sent proper letter or notice by certified mail, as required by law. Forclosed yesterday. Very Illegal. What should i do first. ThanksPlease, if you dont know what you are talking about, keep your comments in file 13.
