...foreclosures in Illinois? My main concern is, is a landlord, whose property is in foreclosure, entitled to still collect rent from current tenants? My landlord rented my apt. under false pretenses, he never told me the building was already in foreclosure, and if he's not entitled to collect rent, I felt like I was being scammed to the tune of over $2200 and needed to find out if I had to look into a criminal case with him then.
