...america? I have Bank of america and they absolutly will not work with me on my morgage I was a countrywide customer and bank of america bought them out and they will not refinance me or work with me on my loan so I was thinking about letting my house go but I was wondering how long I could continue to live here in the meantime?I have filled out all the paper work on making your home affordable and have not heard nothing in months.

Sorry to hear about that, honestly I don’t know. This all depends on many factors. I know someone that didn’t have to move out for about a year, then someone else that went thought the same thing and they had to move within 3 months.... Have you tried working with an attorney? I head that certain banks like Bank of America only work with certain Lawyers.
