Default Can a real estate attorney contact the owner of a
foreclosure house to see if they will sign over deed to the? lawyer client. Im the lawyer clientPRE FORECLOSURE PPL, PRE FORECLOSURE

If a house is already been forclosed upon then that means that the lender, normally a bank, owns the house. A lawyer might could call the lender.
