...rent-to-own? quick 10 pts.? I'm 20 years old. I'm just looking for someone to explain the following to me:-what does a foreclosed house mean in terms of the buyer?-Is rent-to-own a good plan for the future on my part?-What is the smartest move I could make in looking for a new place?additional info: i've got pretty good credit. Lived on my own for awhile and have been renting, just seems pointless to me. I am a student and work both a full and part time job.thanks
