Bank foreclosure on house?
My parents are on disability and my mother is very ill. Been in the hospital for 2 weeks. They are thinking of moving from their home to an apartment due to not being able to manage the upkeep on 3 acres. If they let the house go back to the bank and the bank doesn't sell for as much as they still owe, can the bank come back on them to pay the remainder?
