my house is in foreclosure, wells fargo is giving
me a deadline of the 24th. They are dragging, can i fight? They said to get my 401k letter there, so i did. they said it could take days to process though. Is this legal? I did my part on time, right?

you should speak to an attorney!!!! If you don't know your rights, you simply don't have any. I have an ENTIRE law firm that I can call to speak to any time of the day for any reason or doubts whatsoever. It's a great feeling to have this sense of security.
