Hello, I have a big problem, I'm late on my mortgage, on my credit cards, I call a number that I heard on the radio about the home loan modification, when they answer me they tell me that they are a lawyer's firm. the way they work is that they have to come to my house and interview me, and take a look on my loan paper work. is this safe, they want to find mistakes in those papers so they can help me, can a lawyer do a loan modification? please help me...... thanks
