...process? My husband and I are thinking about foreclosing on our house, but I was wondering if anyone has been through this process and how is it handled...we live in IL and we would like to just walk away from our place and buy a new place - but does anyone know if you have to pay back the loan on the foreclosure property? We are literally stuck in our place and it is way too small for our family - we are just thinking about this, so please refrain from your negative comments - I am just wondering if anyone can give us helpful information on the process.I should add that my in-laws would be co-signing for the house for us if we went with this decision. We bought our place for 220 - owe about 178 and it is valued at about 180...
