we have been trying to save our home through an attorney, we have given him all documentation and proof of income, originally my parents who have the house under their name were the only ones paying as of now my sibling and i have full time jobs allowing us to help them. we just received a court hearing for foreclosure in June, what can i do to save my home? is it too late? what should i do when i go to court? I need advice. I am desperate at this time, please help.at the time we had no income due to the economy my fathers business was closed my mother was laid off so there was no income, now we have some money saved and we wanna save the house, what can i do?

Call your lender and work out a deal. Pay everything you owe out of good faith. This is what happens when you buy a home you can't afford.
